UNIOM (SP?)

On the ticket to this year’s State Of The Union is a spelling mistake. Union is spelled with an ‘M.’

In a year filled with glaring humiliation, it’s a small thing to focus on, like your 401k.

Don’t reflect on the horror of Charlottesville. Don’t reflect on the humility of Colin Kaepernick.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on how you’d feel if a foul mouthed uncle you invited for Thanksgiving Dinner called your home a shithole.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on the anti-Semitism of Steve Bannon. Don’t reflect on the racism of Stephen Miller.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on how Melania Trump must have felt after she googled Stormy Daniels.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on the disgrace of Daniel McCabe quitting as deputy director of the FBI. Don’t reflect on the inevitability of the oval office door hitting Robert Mueller in the ass on the way out.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on Putin, shirtless on a horsie, flirting with Comrade Trump.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on Donald Trump. Don’t reflect on Kim Jong-un.

Look at your 401k.

Don’t reflect on spoiled children playing their favorite game: my nuclear button is bigger than your nuclear button.

Look at your 401k.

Are we this small? Are we this easily duped?

When he ran for the presidency, Ronald Reagan asked a famous question, “Are you better off than you were 4 years ago? Is it easier to buy things in the store than it was 4 years ago? If the answer is yes, then it’s obvious who to vote for.”

It’s obvious to me. What about you, Jimmy?

President Carter never had a shot. He wanted to make America decent again. We don’t care about decency. We can barely spell decency.

Full Disclosure: if it weren’t for spell check, I’d have spelled it wrong.
